For: Nominated workplace first aiders, or anyone wanting a comprehensive introduction to first aid.
Course Duration: Three Days
Course Aim: To give you the knowledge and confidence to deal with a first aid emergency in the workplace.
After successfully completing a practical assessment, delegates receive an HSE-approved certificate of competence, valid for 3 years. To ensure requalification, a 2 day First Aid at Work requalification course must be passed within 28 days of the date of expiry of the original First Aid at Work certificate. The HSE also strongly recommends attending annual refresher training.
